What we collect

When you create a RallyNotes account we collect your email address, a display name, and a player name. As you use the app we store the tennis data you log: match scores, point-by-point detail, practice sessions, changeover notes you type, and coach feedback submitted through links you share.

We do not use any analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services, and we never request your device's advertising identifier.

How your data is used

Your data is used solely to provide RallyNotes features: live scoring, match history, statistics, progress trends, and the live-match and coach-feedback links you choose to share. We also send you account email — a welcome message when you register, and a notification when a coach submits feedback on one of your practice sessions. We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.

Where it's stored

Your profile, matches, points, practice sessions, and notes are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the United States. When you share a live match, its score is published to Google Firebase Realtime Database (United States) for as long as the link is active. Account email is delivered through Resend, which receives your email address and name for that purpose. Subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed via RevenueCat; we never see your payment details.

Sharing

Nothing you log is public unless you explicitly share it: match share cards, live-match links, and coach feedback links are visible to anyone who has the link. Coach feedback links expire after 14 days.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete Account inside the app. You can also email us to request deletion or a copy of your data.

Children

RallyNotes is designed for tennis players and families, including junior players. Accounts for children under 13 should be created and managed by a parent or guardian.
