The service

RallyNotes is a tennis companion app for tracking matches, practices, and progress. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

RallyNotes Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) purchased through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings → Subscriptions. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Your content

You own the data you log. You're responsible for what you share via share cards, live-match links, and coach feedback links — anyone with a link can view its contents while it's active.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unauthorized access, no abuse of shared links, no use that violates any law.

Statistics and insights

Scores, statistics, trends, and any insights RallyNotes derives from your data are informational only and may contain errors. They are not coaching, medical, or professional advice.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
